FitNow Group Fitness specializes in group fitness programs for people of all ages and fitness levels from beginner to elite athlete and youth to adult.  FitCamp, our flagship program, currently runs six days a week with a number of early morning, mid-morning, and evening classes.   We also periodically offer other group fitness programs such as  BlastCamp, KBCamp Turbo Kick®, and our BeFit Youth Sports Conditioning Camps. 5:00a – 5:30a, 5:40a – 6:10a, 6:20a – 6:50a, and 7:00a – 7:30a

Mid-Mornings (M-F)
9:00a – 9:30a

Evenings (M-Th (no Fridays)
5:15p – 5:45p and 6:00p – 6:30p

Saturdays
8:00a
